PLAIN-LANGUAGE PRIVACY OVERVIEW · DEVELOPMENT BUILD
Your screenshots.
Your device.
This describes the current Oh, Snap! development build. The extension isn’t publicly released, and live payments aren’t enabled. The project is independently developed by MAXIMILIAN.
Screenshot processing
Visible-page, area and rolling captures are processed locally. Screenshot images and webpage content aren’t uploaded to a server. Rolling frames and results use local extension storage; temporary frames are removed on completion, cancellation, errors or recovery cleanup.
What stays locally
Settings, the rolling trial count and activated-license details are stored on the device. The latest rolling result stays locally until it’s deleted or replaced. An open preview keeps its own image until closed. Exported files stay wherever you save them. Removing the extension doesn’t delete PNG/PDF files you’ve already downloaded.
PRO checkout and licensing
The current test integration uses Lemon Squeezy’s hosted checkout and License API. Activation sends the entered license key and a random device label; subsequent checks use the key and activation instance ID. Screenshots aren’t included. The extension requests optional access to the License API when you activate or check a license. See Lemon Squeezy’s privacy information for its services.
